In spite of what people might want to accept, life isn't a walk in the park. It is a journey, where we stumbled upon catastrophes, awfulness, misfortune, destruction, and powerlessness.


Sometimes, we find ourselves falling into a void of darkness. It is so deeply consuming that you think you might never come back up.

You attempt to paddle your way up, attempting to get some air into your starved lungs, yet you end up tired from the nonstop battle and in the long run your limbs give out and you are Stuck. Stuck and alone – without a break.


That, basically, is what depression feels like.
