Would you like to know how to cure that itching, burning, pain, or bleeding down there permanently without risky and expensive surgery?

Are you sick of this embarrassing condition that gets your underpants stained with blood each time you use the toilet?

Are you sick of constricting your diet or work - hoping for relief?

If the answer is Yes, Then this is for you…

Hemorrhoids which is also known as piles can be a very distressing and embarrassing disease especially if it is a chronic one, without much ado we need to understand what hemorrhoids or piles is.

What is Hemorrhoids/Piles?

Hemorrhoids/Piles is a swollen and inflamed blood vessel in the anal or rectal area. It is caused by increased pressure in the pelvic and anal area. Chronic constipation and chronic diarrhea are common causes of hemorrhoids/piles.

Types of Hemorrhoids/Piles:

Internal hemorrhoid/piles:

Internal hemorrhoids/piles occur inside the rectum. If they are large enough, or close enough to the anus, they may bulge out during a bowel movement.

External hemorrhoid/piles:

External hemorrhoids/piles occur in the area around the rectal opening. If they get severely irritated and clot under the anal skin, they can become a hard lump. This is called a thrombosed hemorrhoid.

Symptoms of Hemorrhoids:

If you suspect you have hemorrhoids, it's important to know the symptoms of this condition. Here are the signs of internal and external hemorrhoids.

Internal hemorrhoids/piles:

The most obvious symptom of internal hemorrhoids is bright red rectal bleeding with your bowel movements. You will see bright red blood when cleaning yourself. In most cases, they do not cause pain.

External hemorrhoids/piles:

External hemorrhoids can cause itching and burning in the anal area. They often cause pain and sometimes bleed, especially when wiping after a bowel movement. Sometimes, external hemorrhoids make sitting very uncomfortable.

Stages Of Hemorrhoids/Piles

STAGE 1 >>

At stage 1, they are small swellings on the inside lining of the anal canal. They cannot be seen or felt from outside the opening of the anus.

STAGE 2 >>

At stage 2, the piles become larger. They may be partly pushed out from the anus when you go to the toilet, but quickly spring back inside again. You might also notice hard stool and traces of blood in your stool.

STAGE 3 >>

At stage 3, the lumps hang out from the anus when you go to the toilet. These lumps will not go back unless you push them inside the anus with a finger. It might be reddish and painful. Bleeding will be noticed in most cases.

STAGE 4 >>

At stage 4, the lumps permanently hang down from within the anus, and you cannot push them back inside. They sometimes become quite large, reddish and painful.

How to Prevent Hemorrhoids

Don't spend too much time on the toilet.

Spending long periods of time sitting on the toilet puts pressure on the anal area. Don't spend more than 10 minutes on the toilet at a stretch. If you are constipated, clean up, take a break, drink some water, take a walk, and try going again later.

Eat more fiber.

Fiber is another excellent stool softener, and it helps keep your stool moving normally though your intestines. You can add it to your diet by eating high-fiber foods. Eat more legumes, whole grains, seeds, vegetables, and fruits.

Drink more water.

Adequate consumption of water cannot be emphasized enough. A minimum of 8 to 10 8-ounce servings per day is recommended. Sufficient water intake helps keep bowel movement soft and keeps organs properly hydrated and lubricated.

Don’t strain or push too hard while stooling.

Straining is one of the main causes of hemorrhoids. Allow gravity to help, but let your bowels do most of the work. If nothing happens, put it off for an hour or so, but most importantly, don’t strain!

Avoid sitting for long periods of time.

Not sitting for long periods of time can be beneficial for people who suffer from hemorrhoids. Sitting can develop excessive intra-abdominal pressure and may aggravate the hemorrhoids. If you have a desk job, get up every hour and go for a short walk.

Consider Using Hemorrhoids Ointement.

Using hemorrhoids ointment is one of the safest and fastest ways to cure hemorrhoids permanently. Discover the exact ointment I used to cure my hemorrhoids in less than 7 Days without any surgery.
