Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos has insisted that armed military men are the ones responsible for the Tuesday, October 20, 2020, mayhem at Lekki Tollgate in Lagos.

Following the incident that ignited civil unrest in the state, scores of people were rumoured dead, as others sustained life-injuries from the incident in which, armed men in military uniform stormed a peaceful protest ground to rain live ammunitions.

Speaking with CNN’s Becky Anderson, Sanwo-Olu admitted that only two persons died from the onslaught.
