Security officials which include, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), and Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA) have deserted duties on Lagos roads and street as they complain of feeling unappreciated.

Their actions were noted by residents of Lagos on Monday as road traffic boxes were left without road warders.

Lagos residents now feel insecure with the absence of policemen within the metropolis and the recent looting and burning of police stations where arms and ammunition were carted away harbors the fear.

Recall that 25 police formations were razed and five others vandalized in Lagos.
