The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 113 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 62,224. Three new deaths were recorded while there were 345 recoveries. Lagos State topped the list. The 113 new cases are reported from 12 states- Lagos (51), FCT (15), Plateau (11), Kaduna (  , Oyo (, Rivers (, Ogun (4), Edo (2), Imo (2), Kwara (2), Delta (1), Kano (1).The breakdown in the tweet of the NCDC shows that the 113 cases were from 12 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 51. The Federal Capital Territory followed with 15 cases while Plateau State had 11 cases. 345 people recovered, which brings the recoveries up to 57,916 from 57,571. Three new deaths were recorded.
