A reputable Firm is looking for a Receptionist for her offices at ikota before VGC

Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
2. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls
3. Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
4. Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
5. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
6. Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public

Requirements: Candidate must have an OND and not be more than 27 years Old; Candidate must have Good Communication Skills, Demonstrate Good Knowledge of the role and reside within lekki/ikota/Ajah and its Environ.
