Former Nollywood actor and member representing Surulere 1 Constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Desmond Elliot has apologized for referring to the youths as "children."

Eliot in a series of tweets on his handle, Thursday evening, said, the reactions to his comment had made him realise his mistake.

He wrote: "I have read your honest feedback& suggestions& I sincerely apologize for addressing the youth as “Children”
