Corps Marshal Boboye Oyeyemi has directed officers of the FRSC to immediately resume their operations across all formations in the country.

The traffic management agency had earlier suspended enforcement duties in the heat of the #EndSARS protests, NAN reports.

A statement released by Corps spokesman Bisi Kazeem on Friday said the road safety boss ordered all commanding officers to enforce maximum compliance to road traffic regulations and safety guides.

He said the move was also to forestall incidences of crashes and fatalities on the highways.

The FRSC boss also mourned the victims of the unfortunate fatal crash that occurred in Enugu State and confirmed that the accident was caused by a brake failure.
