According to the reporter: These soldiers along Beere, Ibadan, have been dehumanizing innocent citizens for the past few weeks. The traders there are complaining. One of them, O.Adesina shaved the gair of a ma, flogged a lady because of her hairstyle and extorted money from them. This rubbish has to stop.
