CLEAN UP YOUR PROFILE: only those who want to make global impacts

A lot of people will argue about having a nice looking profile, but the only those that may know the effect of rough profile can testify.

Now then ever before, the internet has connected us to the world. To some reason, some people are connected in disconnected syndrome.

What? Connected in disconnected syndrome means, people who are constantly on the internet without being recognised but trying to false people to notice their presence.

Sorry if you are that type of person, it will be hard for you to understand this message, but if you eventually come across this, then, is time to reposition your mind and start all over again.

In my early post, I mentioned some points that might help you understand this better.

If you are seriously serious about making an impact on the global scale, then listen; Clean up your profile.

Here are the following details you most be very careful about when coming up with profile declaration.

1. Your Name: Your name is your identity, bearing your real full names should not be negotiable. Use the name in your official document as your profile name.

There are many reasons to that. Do not use nick name or shorten your name for any reason. If you don't want people to identify you with your real name, then, you are not legit.

2. Your picture: second to the name is your profile picture, because people want to identify who their interacting with if they eventually meet you one-on-one or on the street or probably they want to do business with you.

3. Your Bio: It give you access to tell people in a shortest time, what you do and how you can help other with your skills, talent, expertise or profession. You must write your bio concisely in alignment with how you help others.

This open doors for people to connect with you, interaction with you and do business with you if what you are doing is good for them.

4. Skillset: social media like #facebook #LinkedIn and #Instagram allowed us to add our skills and what we can do best.
This helps people decide either they should contact you for the particular service or product.

5. Your about: about you section is another great place to add the background message of what you do and how you do them and why you do them, make it straight and short.

6. Your hobbies: try as much as possible to align your hobbies with your bio for more credibility of your specialties. Then help people make a quick choice on whether you are the best candidate to contact.
