I plan to get my first car before the year ends.

I'll like a smart car ( I am a slim guy) so I don't fancy big bulky vehicles.

The roads in my side of Lagos are not so smooth, so ideally a high car works perfectly fine.

I am married so that needs to be factored in too.

My budget is between 1-1.3M

Gus, kindly recommend a good car and a budget range.

congratulations in advance! you have a slim budget which may not afford you a wide range of choices for tokunbo cars. however, I suggest you consider an older model honda pilot or CRV

Go for corolla. You won't regret it. I drive one. Car is great. Pocket friendly maintenance too.
