I need a laptop engineer /repairer who has and can change the motherboard on my lenovo ThinkPad t410. The laptop doesn't turn on. When the charger is connected, it charging indication light but it doesn't turn on. I have taken it to some PC guys and they said it's from the motherboard. My budget is ₦15,000
