To extort 15k from each student is so easy but to pay 15k bursary to each student is difficult and almost impossible. Plandemic prevention fee indeed. Will the 15k protect the students from getting infected? Where will the poor students get 15k in this economic situation when some of their parents/guardians have not been paid  I think an average Nigerian is just very insensitive or is there something that takes away their human feelings once they attain a position of authority?
