that’s unrealistic!

you are setting yourself up for frustration!

...what you do is to start with a daily routine you must do...

because fat is an accumulation of years of junk eating and inactivity

so you need a set of daily routine over a period of time to lose weight

...and while I’m not against setting BIG goals,

you should take a closer look at your DAILY activities...

if you want to become successful and you’re from a poor home...

you have to ask yourself what baby steps you must take DAILY!

If you set your goals to make $500,000 per day...

you only set yourself up for a heart attack!

so before you start expecting a ton of money from that new business...

ask yourself, what must I do daily to crush my daily goals

so when you see a campaign with promises to make you rich in 3 months, should you go in?

...well, who am I to tell you where to go or how to spend your money...

but my advise...

look before you leap!
