• Donald Trump spent Friday night ranting on Twitter about electoral fraud
• While Joe Biden delivered a late-night speech where he said the American people have given him a 'mandate', Trump repeated conspiracy theories
• He also retweeted criticism of Fox News for being first to call Arizona for Biden
• Biden said in his speech Friday that i's 'clear' he is going to win
• The Democrat didn't mention Trump by name and predicted he would finish with more than 300 electoral college votes
• If Biden wins Pennsylvania, he will have enough votes to take him to victory
• But thousands of votes still have to be counted in the state, along with ballots in Georgia, Arizona and Nevada where the race is still tight
