Marriage and sexuality are good gift from God, marriage is between one Man and one woman.The reason for this is firmly rooted in the creation of man and woman.God created them to bear His image together.
However, the fall distorted what marriage should be but the institution was already established.
God's plan for marriage is for a lifetime of sacred commitment between a man and a woman, only in two unavoidable circumstances does the Holy Bible permit for divorce.
1 Unfaithfulness-It is permissible when it is established that one of the spouses guilty of sexual immortality Matthew 5:32,19:9
2 Desertion-The deserting of one of the spouses could become an hindrance to the performances of marital obligation by the non deserting partner hence may opt out of such marriage.
Conclusion-While divorce may be permissible in this circumstances,it must definitely be as a last resort.All efforts at reconciliation must be fully exhausted.Some faithful Christian do not see any reason to warrant remarriage after divorce, but for the right reasons victims can freely remarried.

God hates divorce atop justifyong yourself.

I believe divorce is justifiable in 2 instances
1. The wife was caught REDHANDED (not allegations and heresy o) in the act of infidelity
OR
2. The matrimonial bed was not stained with her blood, which signifies prior secret infidelity (unless she was raped or molested in the past, her parents must confirm this)
All in all, it boils down to infidelity.

In these cases, it is justifiable and optional, not compulsory. The hubby can go ahead if he wants.
God hates divorce, but as with all things known and unknown, he set rules for it
