We are a newly established snacks factory in Lagos currently in need of the below mentioned middle-level management experienced professionals to join our Team:

1.) Production Manager

Job Description Oversee the production unit and ensure optimal performance. • Set operational guidelines for production assistants. • Planning the production schedule. • Work with the QA staff to ensure compliance with standard regulations. • Ensure constant supply of production materials while ensuring proper resource management. • Developing and implementing quality control standards. • Organizing relevant training sessions. • Maintain inventory for dairy products and employ various order techniques.

Qualifications & Experience
• BSc/HND in engineering and another related field • A minimum of 5 years working experience. 3-years experience in a similar field.

2.) Factory Manager

Job Description
• To lead the manufacturing function of the Plant and ensure that all KPIs are delivered in terms of: Volume, Efficiency, Cost and Quality.
• Ensure the preparation of the Plant Manufacturing Business Plan. • Prepare the annual manufacturing KPIs for the plant: Volume, efficiency, yields, cost and quality. • Establish an effective Maintenance Management System in the plant and ensure its strict implementation. • Review and evaluate results against plan for the plant. • Ensure that corrective action is taken to address adverse variances. • Lead change and transformation agenda across the plant. • Develop short/medium term manufacturing plans to ensure that manufacturing capacity and capability can meet the projected sales volume for the plant. • Develop programs to improve plant performance. • Ensure that CAPEX projects within the plant, are executed within set timelines and budgets. • Ensure adherence to the highest Quality standards. • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements. • Build an effective team based environment and motivate employees to optimize their performance within the plant. • Build a strong and efficient organization manufacturing capability at the plant, particularly the engineering capability by building a solid pipeline for key technical positions. • Recruit, on-board, coach and develop key members within the plant. • Lead and encourage others to achieve max performance and dedication.
Desired skills

Qualification & Experience
• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably from a recognised Univeristy or Technical Institute. • 10 years of technical experience with a large food & beverages company, of which at least 6 years in a senior manufacturing position. • Solid technical background & understanding of the snacks industry. • Will have a proven track record in managing a large FMCG plant. •

3.) Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Job Description
Supply Manager is responsible for sourcing goods and services and managing vendors
The person is responsible for strategic and operational procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, including searching for better deals to find more profitable suppliers, analyzing purchase requisitions and processing purchase orders whilst assisting to track the received and existing inventory across the company. Prepare the forecast of the production based on the formulation from the factory and order the raw material accordingly. The person will also be charge of managing the RM, PM and FG warehouses, as well as the deliveries to the distributors.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field –
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a food manufacturing company within the supply chain and logistics department
A minimum of 2 years of experience as head of supply chain and logistics for a food and snacks manufacturing company.
