If it happens in the east they will look for something else to blame . Usually it would be the parents if the girl is underage. Or they would blame the girl herself if she’s mature (maybe she being seductive with her outfit, oh why did she visit him ?, why did she accept his gift if she didn’t want to pay with her body?). So many stupid types of excuses.

These useless excuses never get to the point where they are objectively looking at the cause of the rapes which is that the men who do it don’t respect women. we need to quit beating about the bush and call a spade a spade. We have a rape culture. You men need to be more proactive about stopping your gender from committing these crimes. Instead you act like you don’t know that you are the primary culprits when it comes these crimes.

Rape cases are rampant in many regions in Nigeria but I wasn't interested in any region, tribe or religion but my comment was regards to the way and manner the North will condemn the outfits of Lady which doesn't conform to their religious life style, against their culture and tradition but will turn a blind eye on such sensitive issues like rape cases , kidnapping, same thing they were denying death in Southern kaduna until it was overwhelming, they could not control it, it was later exposed.
Someone even went to say it is fake news, how can human beings play with such sensitive issues to say it is fake?
What i have notice on naira land is that if the news doesn't suit their standard, agenda, what they won't to hear it becomes all odds.
