Even though am not GR biggest fan, I really do have to admire his bravery in still picking Okoye and Akpoguma in the starting 11..
Dropping them will definitely somewhat decimate their confidence and every success in life still has a hint of luck..
Am hoping those two show up massive..
GR is a good coach no doubt but I still really don’t feel GR will win a trophy or enter a WC 2nd round with us.. Because I believe he lives of his experience and doesn’t accommodate much change.. And everyone knows how hard it is to teach an Old dog new tricks..

However I do still feel we will win..

Also Hopefully Obodo captors can have a good feeling and do the needful..

Very under-developed and backward continent!!!
The truth is bitter but must be told:ALL BLACK AFRICA countries are not capable of governing and developing themselves.
The average black African country is 100years behind a tiny nation like Belgium just because we were allowed to govern ourselves.

I’m looking at this stadium, which I was in when Nigeria played Sa Lone back in 87, is it possible that the stadium looks waaaaaaaaay worse!

By the way, we lost 2-0 that day

Henry Nwosu was the captain

Is the minimum standard of a pitch for international football matches in Africa this low? This looks like an abandoned stadium

I had thought AIT will show the match

Thought so too but then I realised the match won't be played in Nigeria. So it would be difficult to air it on a local station here.

That's why we need NPFL players that can play in fields like this
