Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager.

We are seeking a recognized professional Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager with a track record of sales and marketing leadership in projects of similar size and scope. This role will have oversight of all aspects of the real estate sales and marketing from the pre-development stage through the final sales. Deep experience in similar roles is required, along with a demonstrated ability to develop marketing campaigns and to direct sales efforts for upscale luxury developments.

Proposed real estate development projects will include the following Location:
- Lagos
- Abuja
- Ekiti
- Ondo And
- Ogun State

Some of the required skills and duties will include:

- Responsible for managing, control, implementing, and leadership in the marketing of the development projects.
- Monitor the market activity with a proactive gathering of intelligence and trends.
- Responsible for the development of overall marketing strategies and campaigns for each project and carry these strategies to the sales teams. - - - - - Monitor, adjust and report on strategies as needed.
- Develop, hire and direct a world-class sales organization capable of providing gold-standard results.
- Partner with developers, project managers, designers, and other involved parties to ensure that all aspects of the projects have flawless progression from design to final sale.
- Report on a regular basis to ownership with all status reports, including marketing analysis, sales results, and milestone progression for the projects.
- Development of marketing and sales materials to include social media, print, and digital channels as appropriate.
- In conjunction with leadership, help develop price points for all projects.
- Responsible for the initiation of new ideas and programs designed to further enhance the ability to expand the market to sell real estate, memberships, and to increase the overall utilization and profitability of the destination.
- Infuse the highest levels of energy, professionalism, and goal-oriented results across the entire sales and marketing team.
- Work with clients to facilitate their exposure to the projects and to guide the process to a successful conclusion.

Experience / Education

Master’s degree in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications; or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales, or advertising
