The English language is a vast field of study and therefore many students who know what it entails leave spaces for adjustments. Know your English! It is wrong to say " facilitate with...." because the word FACILITATE means CONGRATULATE and therefore it is wrong saying " I facilitate (congratulate) with you......". "I facilitate (congratulate) you on...... " is better said. I hope you gained value? |
