Marriage is meant to be a vow taken by two persons that agree to take the bull by the horn and bring new generations to this world,while being guided by their maker.
Nowadays, marriage is like rocket science,if not much worse.

We should never accept what we currently have as the norm and to be candid,we have not been addressing the underlying cause of infidelity in marriages.
And under this whole writeup,I'll be using cars and makeups as examples.



MEN
Some men approach marriage in the same way they buy a car.

When you want to buy a new car,how do you go about it? You go to various car dealers,compare the models,make your selection, sign papers and drive your new car home.

The mere act of getting married is like purchasing that new car; both are simple to do. You look at the choices,find the lady you like,go to the court or her parent's house ,receive your marriage certificate and then go home with your new spouse.

At first,everything seem effortless. Buying a new car,driving it home and admiring it isn't any problem. Similarly,it's easy to marry a spouse,step over the threshold, enjoy your honeymoon after honeymoon all lovey dovey.

However, buying a car is one thing,operating and maintaining it is something else. Likewise,getting married is one thing,while maintaining and growing in the relationship is another.(Dr. Myles Munroe)


Moreover,you must understand the needs of the car,because there will come a time when that gas tank will need to be refilled.

There will come a time when the car will need an oil change,there will come a time when repairs will need to be made. If you don't know what's wrong with your car,you will always look down on the car and blame it for everything without trying to put it in good shape. Else,you will have to spend money renting another car outside.
Which might even lead to an accident OR might crash due to reckless driving and you would be most likely arrested.


Your main purpose as regards marriage is that you find your missing rib( thereby finding favour in the sight of your creator). Not going about harvesting other men's missing ribs one after the other. Kai!! You're greedy.





WOMAN
The purpose of something determines it it's nature and features.
You as a woman was meant to be a partner,rib filler to your husby but instead,you go about opening your holy legs for young boys or men who are not only using you to catch cruise but,equally denting the holy vow you made to your husband to always be with him for better for worse.
Even if he is not performing in za oza room.




Women approach marriage same way you purchase a makeup. Purchasing a new makeup kit isn't hard,right?
But then,you get to apply it and you liked the way you applied it.


Overtime,you start getting tired of that same style you always apply. By this time, you're already hating the makeup and the slightest sight of it disgusts you.






Do you know that

1) you can change the way you apply this makeup by learning new skills or new ways of applying it?
2) Making up your mind for changes and implementing them.


Stop going to other makeup shops to get a makeup done.
You'll still end up paying for that makeup to be applied on you and trust me,the satisfaction you'll get when you use your own makeup kit,you won't get same when you use another person's own.

You will end up getting different reactions on your face( like twitter reactions ) OR worst still,skin infection.

Just be the virtuous woman you were designed to be.





We have disregarded the automatic mode and then become frustrated because our relationships aren't working . What if you die while in a brothel with your mistress or loverboy? Do you know the shame and bad reputationF this will bring upon your family?




Humanity has been saying "mind your own business"
The problem is that when we don't know how we are to function, we end up abusing one another.(Dr Myles Monroe)





If it's bedroom matters and you think he/she isn't satisfying you like before,have you tried bringing new styles to that bed? Together you both can create mind blowing new styles.
That was why you were given that position,that's why you're the man of the house.






You want your woman to adapt to a lifestyle that you yourself feel is contrary to your own convictions. The word "adapt" could be translated "submit".
A woman is wired to submit but,she should truly submit only when she recognizes the man's moral authority over her. (Dr. Myles Munroe)
