The Nigerian Police Force on the
18th of November, 2020 verified
that the abduction of 12 officers
who were of the rank of Assistant
Superintendent of Police(ASP) and
were heading to Zamfara state
from Bornu state on an official
assignment to be true.
The abductors were said to have
demanded 10 million naira as
ransom. A BBC report said the
abduction took place 12 days ago
but came to light on the 17th of
November, 2020. When the news
of the abduction came to light the
Force Headquarters said that they
were verifying the claims.
Reno Omokri who is an activist
and former aid to Goodluck
Jonathan has given a piece of
advice to the Nigerian policemen
serving the country, that they
should not let themselves to be
used by the government in any
evil way against peaceful
protesters as the ordinary
Nigerians are the ones fighting for
them.

Dear @PoliceNG ,
Before you are used against
peaceful protesters again,
consider that 8 policemen were
abducted by bandits. No word
from General @MBuhari or the IG.
It is us, ordinary Nigerians, who
have been fighting for their
release. Think about that!

the difference between the two of them is that FFK speak the truth to your face no matter who you are, while RENO always stood against oppressor and dictatorship.
