Most of you commenting here knows nothing about international relations.

You think Nigeria as a sovereign nation owes the UK government anything?

What happened to a report of over hundred people that died in the UK last year alone through police brutality?
Did they do anything regarding those people that died under their noses?

Hypocrisy is first to known with these white pigs .
Don’t mind those shameless cowards, a whole Nigeria? Uk should not start what they can’t finish, President Buhari & The Fulani uk oligarchs have already removed two Prime Ministers for purporting to undermine Nigeria, David Cameron & Theresa May, Boris Johnson knows better.

Even if so, the UK cannot make the "zoo" fall. We shouldn't underestimate the sovereignty of a nation because of emotions. The UK can only debate and possibly issue threats bothering on economic or trade ties. They can't come in and remove Buhari from power or even do anything beyond that.

However, that said, it's good that they are debating this issue. At the very least, it'll be a national embarassment. If sustained, it could lead to serious trade, diplomatic and political tensions.
God bless you for this analysis. Finally, some with a very sound mature response to this situation. Truth be told this would be a huge national embarrassment, join trade/economic sanctions to the mix(imagine adding economic sanctions to the already fragile Nigerian economy)and maybe a few visa bans here and there, then BOOM!!! Body go tell this government sha!

Modified: The sanctions may even include ban on sale of military hardware to the Nigerian military. True true, FG don buy market.

But UK needs to look into what brought SARS and not the Brutality symptoms from SARS.

SARS were posted on roadblocks to checkmate citizens, especially in the south from rising up against the debilitating political structure of Nigeria created by northern military dictators and which favors only northern politicians.

Restructure Nigeria politically now, before the country undergoes a violent split.

I shame for y'all the gullible ones who think UK would come up with anything tangible against the Nigerian government!

The highest they can do is a ban against individual from entry their country.

The Nigeria of three regions which the UK studied well, and left as independent country - Nigeria - is no more the Nigeria of today;

as soldiers from northern region of Nigeria created new Nigeria of roguish political structure of 20 states in the north but 17 states in the two southern regions under unitary governance system;

then supervised a new constitution to legitimize the whole fraud.

And the people they impose visa restrictions on, are the ones Britain knows don’t want to come to their country, Europe & US took all kinds of sanctions against Nigeria under Abacha, at the end we found out all Abachas money was held by the same Europe & USA.

The real looters

A govt official in UK Parliament just stated today in their session that they all know that Yakubu Gowon stole half the central bank of Nigeria and took it to London.

These are the clowns we were taught in schools to see as “heroes”.

Thieves. Rogues.
The actual real hoodlums.

Lol...there is no need viewing a wrist band with a mirror. And for the records, I am not IPOB, and from what I have seen and heard about them after 22 years of living in East before I travelled, they are nothing close to miscreants. And yes! Nigeria is a zoo, and i pray (and keep praying) it falls. The blood they have wasted is tooooo much. I pray it falls!

Nigeria remains the only country in the world whose political structure and constitution were supervised by military dictators from one side of the country.

The structure and constitution FAILED Nigeria, created the most impoverished people in the world.

Most of the politicians from the northern region whose soldiers created the systems still clutch tight to the political structure, governance system and constitution - believing the north is favored.
