Maina's case is difrnt from Kanu's, Kanu didnt run, the nigerian army attacked his residence even killed his father and many others in the process. No judge wil detain Abaribe after hearing the jumping a civil case dat is in court and tried to murther the suspect.

I think one of our problem today in this country of ours is the YOUTH. Because they are not CONSTRUCTIVE in their REASONING and they are not ready to do the NEEDFUL.
with regards to this POST, I see nothing wrong in the DEMANDS made by AYCF.
1. both Senator Ndume and Abaribe are serving senators of federal republic of Nigeria.
2. Both of them are respected personality in their constituents.
3. Both of them stand as surety for a public figure from their areas (Maina and Nnamdi Kanu)

4. Both the Maina and Nnamdi Kanu have jumped the bail
5. Both Senators have signed to produce their plaintiff
6. The court is right for arresting and remanding Senator Ndume in prison, but it got it wrong when allowing Senator Abaribe to move freely

7. So, the court need to do the NEEDFUL for JUSTICR to reign

They have everything to react that way, but that is not surprising because of the nature of our country. As I said, in everything, there must be always something sentimental about dealing with big Lords of the country. Their foot armies must turn it to tribal, religious and political wars. So sad. That's why Nigeria legal system is a joke.

That is reasoning against the law, the courts are not the , the judges are not the same and circumstances are different. Arena youths should stop their reasoning along religion and ethnic lines. Judges has unfettered discretion in deciding cases before them. We cannot question Judge B because Judge A previously failed to do what Judge B is currently doing.
If you stand as surety and the accused disappeared you forfeit the bail bond and you will be remanded in prison until the bail bond is made available

Ali Ndume is being indicted because Maina's whereabouts are unknown.
