In November 2019, the Petroleum Technology Development Fund Nigeria awarded over 700 students in tertiary institutions. Since then it has been from one update of details to another. These students have not been PAID.

Last month, the Masters and Doctoral student had their documentation and were promised that their transport fare allowance will be paid after a a few weeks. But till today, no one has been paid a kobo.

Students have losed one or two scholarships because of the agreement PTDF laid that no one should have another scholarship. Some of these awardees cancelled their former scholarship because of the "good funds" from PTDF.

Please we are tired of all these excuses and let PTDF answer the cry of these students.
