The Vice President of Nigeria, prof, Yemi Osinbajo, SAN launched the Clean Nigeria Campaign; Project Flush IT Initiative organized by OPS- WASH.

OPS-WASH (Organised Private Sector in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) is an umbrella body for private sector collaboration and multi-stakeholder innovation.

The campaign seeks to bring an end to open defecation in Nigeria by 2025, and alleviate other water-related challenges in the country.

Its important to put measures in place to put an end to open defecation, cleaner water source and promote public health.

The rural areas needs this the most.

Hope he's working with LGA's on this because this is their job

Open defecation must become things of the past, weldone sir.

open defecation has a lot of health related problems attached to it, we already in covid, we dont want another spread of communicable disease and we are free from polio. Nigerians should ensure we kiss goodbye open defecation and in the public places both in urban and rural areas, we can build a public toilet and be collecting a small token that will be used for the maintenance of the toilet. It is for our own benefit.
