Hello People please there is an urgent need for administrative personnel for my client.
Below is the detailed Job description.

JOB DESCRIPTION HR ASSISTANT

 Preparing, repairing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process, and administering pre-employment test as required.

 Preparing source documents needed for new hires.

 Maintaining and controlling employees, recruitment relations records, files, correspondence and reports.

 Responding to and putting through various queries from managers and employees and other agencies and departments.

 Exercising individual judgment while dealing with potential or real troubles on own initiative and bringing them to the managers attention.

 Keeping up current issues and matters in the organisation related to the HR department.

 Handling issues and inquiries in unavailability of the HR manager.

 Ensuring effective reception or proper approvals on forms and enter changes in the system.

 Providing assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisal process.

 Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of duties in the office.

 Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with the office vendors.

 Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
 Maintain the imprest system of the office (Petty Cash).
 And any other duties that may be assigned.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER

Job purpose outline: The primary objective of the Client Service Officer is to answer calls quickly (ideally within 2 ring cycles) and direct calls to their destination without delay. Greeting customers, answering questions, announcing calls or providing directions are secondary objectives. The key to the role is always providing the primary objective whilst delivering the secondary objectives wherever possible but always in such a way that positively affects the customer’s perception or call/visit experience. Outline duties.

 Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
 Log information calls received, where required and
 Maintains detailed and accurate records.
 Maintain and update continuously, by local knowledge and by local means, a log of the availability of staff likely to receive in bound calls.
 Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer, phone, calculator, photocopy machine, printers, scanner etc.
 Dealing with telephone enquiries, answering and routing phone calls.
 Receiving, screening and handling of visitors.
 Receiving and registration of mails (outgoing & incoming).
 Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance punctuality, personal appearance.
 Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
 And any other duties that may be assigned.


JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OFFICE ASSISTANT

 General Office Maintenance (Cleaning, dusting e.t.c).
 Delivering mails for the office (Outgoing mails).
 Assisting staff on office errands.
 Janitorial services.
 And other duties assigned to you from time to time.

For positions 1 and 2 above the minimum requirement is an OND degree while for positions 3 a maximum of SSCE
