NewsOne Nigeria reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has approved salary increment for men and officers of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).

The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, who disclosed this on Thursday, November 26, during his visit to the Ogun State Police Command, said the new police salary increment cuts across all ranks of the force.

my brother works at their salary section it's political jor, he said they say effect from next year.

Abeg it's long overdue. Those guys are underpaid. Maybe this will stop the #50, #20 degrading of the police force.

Kudos to the president for listening to one of the demands of the #EndSars protest which unfortunately some have demonized. Every sane person knows that the genuine protesters did not take part in destroying properties

Till today, police bail is still based on N10k extortion at the minimum.

The reason was because of numerous resigns from police duty and low morale in the file and rank of the zoo police. They are not fooling anyone, but only the gullible. The resignation will continue. The zoo has fallen already.
