Chelsea are seemingly unstoppable, racking up six consecutive Premier League (PL) / UEFA Champions League (UCL) wins for the second time under Frank Lampard’s regime. Now back in domestic action, ‘Spurs’ are still the only club not to trail at HT in a league game, and targeting a run of five straight PL victories for the first time since Dec 2018 after beating Manchester City last weekend to go top of the league.

A 1-0 victory at West Bromwich (Nov saw Tottenham complete a run of four successive PL away victories for the first time since Dec 2018-Jan 2019. Another victorious shutout here would mark Tottenham’s first haul of three successive clean-sheet PL away wins since Dec 2004, though the Lilywhites’ last clean-sheet away win here came in Dec 1986!

Players to watch: Tammy Abraham has made it onto the scoresheet in each of Chelsea’s last two PL victories. Four of his last five league goals have arrived beyond the hour mark.

Tottenham striker Harry Kane bagged the winner vs West Bromwich and duly put himself into the PL’s ‘150 club’. Yet, it is the only one of his last five PL away game openers to yield a victory (W1, D1, L3) - curiously, all defeats ended 2-1.

Hot stat: Tottenham have led at HT just once across their last 25 league visits to Stamford Bridge (HT: W1, D16, L8).
