What is nice about this for God's sake.
So everyday these farmers go to the farm,ncdc personel go to protect them?
Do you know how many farms there are in the North alone,talkless of farmers?
How many can they protect and for how long?
Next,luxury bus drivers will return to the days when they used to go with one police escort during each trip.
Borehole diggers and people that have to fetch water will also be needing protection,ditto,transporters of farm goods.
Then there won't be any security personnel left to protect people living in towns,cities and fight robbers again.
There is a monumental and inexcusable failure of leadership here,and the more people bury their heads and don't address as a national emergency how to deal with the failings of Buhari as a president,the more we will soon reach a situation where every individual in Nigeria,rich or poor,will have to buy his/her own security protection from bandits/touts or even armed robbers.

In line with the killings and recent Massacre of over 40 rice farmers in Garin Kwashebe, Jere Local Government Area in Borno State on Saturday, by suspected Boko Haram terrorists, one would be forced to wonder what the Nigeria Military is doing to protect lives and properties, especially with the huge funds consistently provided to fight insurgency and insecurity in the Country.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps-NSCDC, has therefore made a huge step in managing the problems by supporting the protection of Farmers and their farmlands in Communities in Borno state. The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps-NSCDC commenced the operation of protection Farmers and Farmlands about two years ago in a bid to stymie the incessant killings and attacks on Farmers and Farmlands in Borno state, though might be limited as the fight against insurgency may require several sensitive approaches.

In a remark by one of the Farmers in Jere LGA, name withheld, he stated that the new operations by NSCDC to provide security for farmers in their farmlands was indeed commendable. He however called on Federal Government to support the operations through funding and other relevant necessities, so as to encourage the Initiative

Its all clear the presidency, security chiefs are under serious secret oats to keep this country under wicked seige, its showing the Nigeria government is doing the bidding of some wicked people in affairs of this country.
