There's a reason they didn't build it in the north even though they from the north. The reason southern biz people can't build is cause of buhari's nepotism which will end soon. When Jonathan was there, instead of them to empower their people and build up stuffs, they were stealing money, taking them offshore, staying in hotels, showing off, carrying women about. Bihar got in and empowered his people.

Dangote and bua would meet their Waterloo soon, just watch out.

Seriously for once be happy with this news. Most of the people he is going to employ are Southerners anyway.

Plus there are some Southern owned refineries under construction. Why they aren't more is because of the rwtrogressive government policy of controlling petrol prices. Otherwise as at 2011 there were more than 60 licences issued for refining oil in this country.

So he should build refinary the lay pipe all the way from niger delta to kano? He is not as stupid as naija politicians that built kaduna refinary and ran pipeline all the way to the north to feed it with crude.
