In clinical cases, urinary tract infection is a common problem caused by pathogenic organisms in any of the structures that are related to the urinary tract. It is a very common illness that can repeatedly break out easily. Common factors include female anatomy, sexual intercourse and family history. Actually, repeated urinary tract infection can be prevented.

Usually, infections the problem are triggered by microbes or organisms, which are too small to be observed if there is no microscope. Bacteria are the most common factor of urinary tract infection. Commonly, bacteria that invade into the urinary tract are rapidly dispelled by the body cells before they result in certain symptom.

Therefore, how to prevent repeated urinary tract infection? Doctors point out that keeping good daily habits can help people prevent repeated urinary tract infection efficiently.

1.Diet plan

Drinking sufficient water or other healthy fluid can help flush bacteria from the system. Most people should try for six to eight, 8-ounce glasses a day. A person who has kidney failure should not drink this much fluid. A health care provider should be consulted to learn how much fluid is healthy.

2.Urinary habits

A person should urinate often when the urge arises. Bacteria can grow when urine stays in the bladder too long. Women and men should urinate shortly after sex to flush away bacteria that might have entered the urethra during sex. What’s more, after using the toilet, women should wipe from back to front. This step is most important after a bowel movement to keep bacteria from getting into the urethra.

3.Clothing matching

Cotton underpants and loose-fitting clothes should be the first options, to make sure that air can keep the area around the urethra dry and clean. Tight-fitting jeans and nylon underpants should be averted as they can trap moisture and help bacteria grow.

4.Birth Control

For women, using a diaphragm for birth control can lead to tract infection efficiently by increasing bacteria growth. A woman who has trouble with tract infection efficiently should try switching to a new form of birth control. Non-lubricated condoms or spermicidal condoms increase irritation, which may be conducive to the bacteria growth. Switching to lubricated condoms without spermicide may help avoid tract infection efficiently.

As it is mentioned above, the medicine treatment also plays a significant role in treating tract infection efficiently. Herbal medication for interstitial cystitis is a good choice. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is a good herbal therapy for this condition. Made by herbs or insects in the nature, it hardly produces any side effects or drug resistance. Furthermore, it can not only clear obstruction of heat but also eliminate inflammation.
