The Chairman of Irukka Online Limited, the owners of Romeo`s Pizza franchise in Nigeria, Ifeanyi
Onwubiko has said that a minimum of 20 Romeo`s Pizza outlets would be operational in Nigeria before the end of 2020.

He said that it would start from the major cities of Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.

According to the CEO of Romeo`s Pizza Ryan Ross, Ifeanyi Onwubiko is spear heading the international expansion of the pizza company which has its headquarters in Medina, Ohio, United States, with Irukka Online Limited being the third company in the world outside the United States to be given the Romeo`s pizza franchise.

Onwubiko said that by the first quarter of 2021,about five outlets would be in operation, as the
equipment for setting them up are already being awaited. He said that from June to December 2021, about 15 other outlets would be fully functional in the major cities in the country. According to him, he has the confidence that Romeo`s pizza would have no rival in Nigeria.

Speaking further, he said that Nigeria is a country of over 200 million people and with the biggest
purchasing power in Africa, adding that over 70 percent of Nigeria`s population are youths and would be madly in love with Romeo`s pizza. He said that by the time Nigerians get introduced to Romeo`s pizza, they would get hooked to it.

“We are going to take Romeo`s pizza to the next level. We have a very large market for it here in Nigeria and we are going to use the strategy that made us the number one music equipment company in Nigeria to make Romeo`s pizza number one. We are not afraid of competition because we have what it takes to compete. We know that there are other pizza companies, but It is not how long that matters, but how well.

Irukka Online Limited has the strategy as well as human and material capacity to take Remeo`s Pizza to the next level. We have done our market research, everything is looking great .In the next few years, Romeo`s pizza would become McDonalds of Nigeria, because it is going to be the fastest growing and fastest spreading business in Nigeria.”

The Irukka Online boss said that Romeo`s pizza would be used to create thousands of employments and with that take a lot of families out of poverty. On the franchise agreement between Irukka Online Limited and Romeo`s Pizza, with regard to expansion of the award winning pizza company to the other parts of the world,Ryan Rose, the CEO of Romeo’s Pizza said that they are looking to the future of the franchise on an international scale.

The company plans to launch 60 franchise locations by the end of 2021, with the goal of reaching 250 total locations in the next five years.” He said
