Ok. So somebody packed US Dollars in a nylon bag and hid it inside a bank? Is it the journalist or the ICPC that's silly? Money in a bank account cannot be hidden. Finding money in an unauthorized account sounds more like it! In whose name is the account? A ghost? Why was nobody arrested? Or the name (and bvn) on the account is fake?
