• Boko Haram used to control 17 LGAs but now they attack villages after making inroads from the border.

• Boko Haram used to bomb churches, mosques and markets but all that has been halted now.

• Boko Haram used to kill Christians, Muslims targeting special holidays like Christmas, Sallah, etc across the Northeast but now they have been restricted to random attacks in Borno State only.

• Boko Haram attacked other States in Nigeria and they had attacks even in the Federal Capital Territory.
