One thing is for sure, if you truly are a Nigerian you must have heard of the iconic vision 2020 popularly dubbed VISION 20:2020. The thing was rung in our ears over and over and over again, until the only thing we all looked forward to in the year 2020 was vision 2020. Well sorry to say but vision 2020 WAS A TOTAL FAILURE.
