Chioma Avril Rowland’s Fiance, Davido, has expressed his excitement over Mayorkun’s nomination at the 14th edition of the Headies, in the Artist Of The Year Category.

He found himself in a category of strong top Nigeria musicians which includes Davido, Wizkid, and Tiwa Savage. This category also has all the top rivals who are fighting among themselves to be the best. The rivals in that category include Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy.

Davido, after sighting Mayorkun’s name in the list, applauded his hard work and indicated how emotional he has become due to happiness. In his recent interviews on Instagram, he selected Mayrkun as the biggest artist in Nigeria when he was quizzed, who among him Wizkid and Burna Boy is the biggest.

Davido chose Mayorkun because he is aware of his talent and hard work in his music career, being a signee on his DMW record label. Mayorkun had three nominations from the Headies including Best Street-Hop Artiste, Viewers’ Choice, and the Artiste of the Year category.

Davido is much excited because as a boss, he has been able to grab nominations, and his signee Mayorkun has also grabbed three of them which shows the productive and quality work of his brand.
