Please farmers in the house I want to go into pawpaw farming but I can't find the seeds that I want to plant. I want to plant Sinta F1 or Rainbow F1 papaya but I can't find any of them. If you have any one in Ibadan or Zaria, you can find it at International Institute for Tropical Agriculture, Ibadan or at Agricultural Research Institute, ABU Zaria. I will advice that you dont by seeds from a seed company but from a research institute. The advantage being that a research institute will only give you a seed variety after asking of your type of soil, annual rainfall etc and even give a variety that is resistant to the type of pests and diseases in your area or sell it alongside herbicide/pesticide, etc.
