The Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC), on Monday, said it lost more than N1.8 billion to the capping of estimated billing, describing it as a disservice to the energy industry.

The acting Managing Director of the company, Mr. John Ayodele, stated this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ibadan.
