Hi guys,
I'm not convinient with what is going on with me at the moment, I don't know what to do to stop it, many times get this fast heart beat rate and a little and short term chest pain and shaky hands as if I'm scared of something it happens when I'm alone, when i read or hear maybe like bad news, and most of all when I want to speak in public or with a group of people, it has always been like that when I was young but it feels like it's getting worse as I get get older now I'm just 22.
Has anyone here gone through this before? How did you overcome it or what should I do.

That's it, a friend of mine who's a nurse checked my BP, it was ok, I checked like about 6 months ago though, I don't remember the exact digits she told me, I don't think a panic disorder has anything to do with BP.

What are you most afraid of?
Failure, crowd among other things, but I'm not a failure, I'm just scared of failing, and I try to avoid crowd.
