Job title: HEAD OF SALES
•Sector: HR Consulting firm
• Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Duties
• Innovate the entire group’s marketing strategies and approaches.
• Enhance the group’s brand and derive solutions to boost the company’s brand presence on a global scale
• Facilitate major sales and marketing activities for the company
• Develop sales and marketing objectives/ strategies for the company
• Develop policies and procedures in sales and marketing for the various SBUs within the organization.
• Oversee and manage the overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Monitor and follow-up on specific tasks and project deliverables.

Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (sales experience in a consulting firm is an added advantage)
• Experience in strategic development in Marketing & Sales
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or related field. (Masters degree is an added advantage)

Salary is negotiable
