I want to purchase some brand new watches from a store in the U.S

The products are old stock which I am buying at about 20% of the original price i.e. Instead of paying $25 per watch, I will be paying $5.

Assume I buy 200 pieces at $5, that is $1,000.

Will the import duty be assessed at $5 or $1,000 for the lot or $25 or $5,000.

Also, is it wise to use DHL to clear one's goods as they are now involved in that business?

Pls treat as urgent
