If Nigeria were to be a sane country and not a jungle or a zoo, the president would have resigned because of the senseless killings by the army. They minister of defense and chief of defense staff would have been fired. But no, there is no sanity, law and order in high places in Nigeria. The law is only meant for the poor. It's a pity.
