Did you ask the seller why?
Well negative mileage means your vehicle has passed the maintenance required point. The seller should do imaintenance, reset the oil life and let's see

There are two things involved

The owner hasn't being resetting the counter after servicing

or

The car has not being serviced at all

or

something is very very wrong.


Tell owner to service, reset counter and see how it goes before buying problem. Some Nigerians are just wicked when it comes to cars
