The United Kingdom government has raised London's status to tier 3 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the EPL match between Chelsea and Wolves will be played behind closed doors without fans, the EPL club confirmed. AllNews understands that Chelsea is currently in a plan to refund fans their ticket fee with a statement released by the club on Tuesday stating just that.
