I would always say it is very deceptive to tell someone to start a business without having capital “money”
It’s wrong and doesn’t work, it never works

It’s best to tell them they can start with the little they have and if possible source more funds to increase the profit level of the business .

NB: capital separates a a business from a dream . It triggers the doing.

Lastly as I do say “ money brings in more money”
