The usual process of registration to see the doctors (Sugical O.P.D) on one's appointment day at the national orthopedic hospital igbobi lagos has been suddenly changed without prior information.
The usual blue appointment cards were collected and wouldn't be given back to patients telling them that the registration has gone digital!
In place of the blue appointment card, the patients were compulsorily obliged to pay N1,000 to get a small white card again!!! with a number they termed to be the patients digital I.D. and the patients (who needs to be attended to urgently) will go through a painful, time wasting, absurd registration again!!!!
For without this, you can't see the doctor either today, tomorrow or till eternity.
With the problems of inconsistent power supply, bad network or sevice as the case maybe;
is this an upgrade or just another means of collecting dues from a large number of people in desperate need of help?
