You have a powerful point sir. But just from one perspective.

The northerners massively voted Buhari with the belief that he will set structures in place to correct those ills you mentioned. Clearly he didn't. He is not capable of doing so at least for now. And if he is, he has shown a great disinterest in such issues.

Even though majority of the average northerners are complicit in the unproductive lifestyle of breeding kids without training them, Buhari has clearly failed them. He failed Nigeria.
