A spell may be cast on any driver to misbehave.....that alone is enough for them to achieve their aim.

Even putting the bible on your pillow won't save you from the enemy attack if you are not in Christ. The sticker of Jesus or an inscription of his name on your car doesn't save anyone automatically, what saves is if Jesus has become your lord and savior and you living according to his principles.
If there is anyone to blame it's our representatives who abandons our roads leaving them for a death trap, and the officials who issue road worthiness document to vehicles in absentia.

Any journey around that period is a life or death situation esp in Niaja roads!

Why can't they (husband's family) look within and find someone in their immediate family to blame for a motor accident prolly caused by over-speeding/reckless driving.
